Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels, including networking events, cold outreach, and inbound marketing efforts.
- Client Engagement: Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present our solutions.
- Proposal Writing: Prepare and submit tender responses and proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Sales: Close deals and achieve sales targets, contributing to our revenue growth.
- Community Engagement: Utilize our Hub space to organise and participate in community events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry stakeholders, and partners.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to strategic business development plans and marketing efforts.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior sales team members as the team grows.
- Account Management: Manage and grow existing client accounts by identifying new opportunities and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports, providing regular updates on sales performance and market trends to senior management.
- Product Demonstrations and Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our solutions.
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Attending Industry Events and Conferences: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and stay updated on industry developments.
- Sales Strategy Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of comprehensive sales strategies and plans.
- Client Onboarding and Training: Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients, providing necessary training and support to help them effectively use our solutions.
- Contract Negotiation and Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, ensuring favourable terms and compliance with company policies.
- Sales Process Optimization: Continuously review and optimise the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Your Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the software development or digital health industry.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and digital health solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-driven with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
