What You’ll Do
- Lead project teams in delivering digital projects on schedule and within scope.
- Conduct agile ceremonies and workshops with your teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Employ your understanding of agile methodologies and kaizen principles to continually refine our processes.
- Use any experience with ISO 9001 and 27001 to contribute to our quality and security management.
- Collaborate with various teams to translate project requirements into actionable plans.
- Validate your teams’ outputs match the standard our clients and stakeholders expect of us.
- Maintain an open line of communication with all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and managing expectations effectively.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years of agency experience, with a focus on managing agile teams.
- Experience conducting agile ceremonies and client workshops.
- An understanding of kaizen principles.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and 27001 would be beneficial.
- Preferably some level of PM / Delivery accreditation (eg Scrum Master Certified or other)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A problem-solver with attention to detail.
